Doctoral Graduates: Commencement Checklist

In order to participate in the campuswide Commencement ceremony, you must:

1. Add your name to the May 2017 degree list by March 13 for inclusion in the Commencement Program.

2. Take your final examination (defense) by April 7.

3. Order academic attire (a mortarboard, tassel, gown, and hood) by April 13 at 10 p.m.

4. Complete your dissertation deposit with the Graduate College Thesis Office by April 21.

5. Register for campuswide Commencement ceremony by April 30.
