NESSIE
Net-driven Employee Self-Service and Information Environment
We use a secure electronic system for setting up graduate student appointments. The system is called NESSIE, the acronym for Net-driven Employee Self-Service and Information Environment
When you arrive in August and officially check in with the Physics Graduate Office, 227 Loomis Lab, we will set you up to receive an email containing the web address for NESSIE as well as your NESSIE password and personal identification number (PIN). You will use those in combination with your university network-ID to access NESSIE. Follow the instructions in the email, and you should be able to complete many of the on-line forms required to process your pay appointment to help ensure you are paid on time and correctly!
