Employment Eligibility Verification
All new students who will be research assistants, teaching assistants, or fellows (both international and domestic) are required to fill out an employment eligibility verification form (I-9 form). All students must provide appropriate documentation to get this form completed. Please bring the following documents to 227 Loomis Laboratory, so employment forms can be completed.
For domestic (U.S. citizens and nationals) students, the most convenient documents to provide are:
United States Passport
or
A driver's license (state ID card) and a Social Security card.
For international students, you need to bring your passport and visa related documents to 227 Loomis Lab for the completion of your I-9 form.
Fellowship recipients. Fellowship students will receive information directly from the Fellowship Office regarding getting on the Payroll System. The fellowship must be officially accepted in writing by the student. You will need to sign them and return them by a certain deadline established by the Fellowship Office.
