After-hours Facility and Lab Problems
If there is an emergency after normal working hours call 217.333.1216
This is the front desk of the University Police Department and they will contact the Service Office of Facilities and Services. They will need to know the building you are in, room number, type of emergency and your contact information.
After you have contacted the Police/Service office (217.333.1216) send Jerry Cook, facility manager, an email at jlcook@illinois.edu notifying him of the nature of the problem, the location and when you called. He will then follow up at his earliest convenience.
