Physics Grad Students Lazar Kish and JianCong Zeng Receive DOE Grad Student Research Awards

Illinois Physics Graduate Students Lazar Kish and JianCong Zeng recieved DOE Office of Science Graduate Student Research (SCGSR) awards, which will support them while they complete part of their thesis projects at a DOE National Laboratory.

Lazar is a PhD student in Greg MacDougall's group, and he will conduct his thesis research at Oak Ridge National Laboratory.  JianCong is in the research group of Mark Neubauer, and he will conduct research at Brookhaven National Laboratory.
