Building a better physics program
I was invited to the University of Florida to give a colloquium on what we’ve done in our undergraduate programs at Illinois. It was great fun to see some old friends and to also share notes on physics programs and how best to educate students for the 21st century. Florida has a dynamic department with lots of very good people.
Thanks to Prof. Pierre Ramond for inviting and hosting me. I had a really nice visit.
