Summer Professional Development Workshops for Grad Students & Postdocs

The Graduate College offers a series of workshops this summer to help graduate students and postdocs apply for fellowships, explore broad career options, conduct effective job searches, make connections in their chosen fields, and prepare for thesis deposit.

One-on-One Proposal Advising
Our staff offer individualized reviews of draft proposals for external grants and fellowships. Drafts must be submitted to us at least one month before the funder’s deadline. See: www.grad.illinois.edu/extfellowships/advising
Individual Career Advising Appointments
