Summer 2021 Health Insurance Coverage Options for Graduate Students

As we get closer to the summer term, we want to provide you with information about summer health coverage so that you can plan accordingly. Health coverage refers to Student Health Insurance, McKinley Health Center, and Dental and Vision Insurance.
Several factors, such as employment and enrollment status, can affect the actions you may need to take to ensure you have the health coverage you intend during the summer. Likewise, students who are graduating may be able to purchase an extension of coverage.
Please identify the category below that applies to you, review the information in the link, and take action as appropriate.
- Students with Summer Waiver-Generating Assistantships
- Students with Summer Waiver-Generating Fellowships
- Students with No Summer Waiver-Generating Appointment
- Students Registered In Absentia or in a Study Abroad Program
- Newly Admitted Students in Summer
