Travel Sponsorship
The Physics department is excited to offer travel sponsorship for high school and community college groups interested in attending the 30th anniversary event. If you are a teacher, professor or staff member interested in learning more about this opportunity, please fill out the travel sponsorship form below.
Lab Tour Registration
Due to the limited space in our physics labs, we need participants to register to attend the lab tour portion of the event to get the most accurate count. Please fill out the link below to indicate the number of people in your party.
Additional Event Details
Most lab spaces can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time. We will have all lab tour participants on a rotating schedule so that they can see all the labs without being over capacity.
Please register so that we can add you and your party to one of the rotating groups:
Parking is available to the public all day in lot B21
The Physics department strives to accommodate all at our events. We have an elevator and accessible seating in our lecture room, Loomis 141. If you are registering for a lab tour and need additional accommodations to access the lab, please let us know and we will do our best to find suitable solutions.
We will have Panera catering for light breakfast refreshments.
We will have cake and celebratory desserts made by University Catering.
We will have Jimmy John's sandwiches for lunch.
We will have a variety of options to chose from including many common dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, pork free). If you have a specific dietary restriction you would like us to be aware of, please let us know.
