HELP! I forgot to register!:

If you are a graduate who forgot to register for convocation, please read the following carefully:

  • You can still attend the convocation ceremony. You can still walk the stage and have your name read.
  • You will show up to the convocation venue (Colwell Playhouse) and ask to fill out a blank name tag.
  • You can ask for tickets (if available) at the entrance to the venue (Colwell Playhouse).
  • You will be seated at the end of the line of graduate (since we have already alphabetized all the graduates who have registered).

Exit Form:

In addition to Convocation registration we ask that you please also submit your answers for the following exit form questions. These questions are incredibly important in allowing the departments to keep in contact with you as well as determining the placement of our graduates.

Note: if you have already completed the registration form for Physics, you have completed the exit form as well.

Filling out the Exit Survey does not register you for Convocation. Please email Irene for questions about registering for Convocation.
