Title: My Journey from a Physicist into a Physician (Radiation Oncology) (seminar announcement)
Speaker: Dr. Gregg Franklin, MD, PhD, New Mexico Cancer Center
Bio: Gregg has been working as a radiation oncologist at the New Mexico Cancer Center, a multi-specialty group practice, since 2005 after completing his residency at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Prior to completing his internship and MD degree, he completed a Ph.D. in condensed matter physics at UIUC working in surface and interface physics. He was also a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University and a staff scientist with Sandia National Labs in Albuquerque, NM.
