3/1/2012
The Physics and Astronomy Department at Beloit College seeks a Visiting Assistant Professor to teach full-time in the 2012-2013 academic year. The position is a sabbatical replacement, with strong possibility for renewal for a second year. This position is an excellent opportunity to teach in a small department nationally ranked for the number of physics majors as well as the percentage who go on to complete graduate studies. A Ph.D. in Physics, Astronomy, or a closely related field is preferred, but Ph.D. candidates working on the completion of their dissertation will be considered.
