L'Oreal USA Postdoctoral Fellowships For Women In Science

The L'Oreal USA Fellowships For Women In Science programs recognizes five women who are postdoctoral researchers at the beginning of their scientific careers. The award duration is one year, however, extensions may be considered.

Deadline: 12/20/2012

Eligibility:
-- The program is open only to women postdoctoral researchers.
-- Citizens of the U.S. and Puerto Rico are eligible.
-- Candidates must be in one of the following disciplines: life sciences, physical and material sciences, engineering, technology, computer science, math, immunology, chemistry, earth science, or medical research.

Award amount:
-- The award is for up to $60,000.
-- The award must be applied towards research costs and career advancement. Other award uses will be considered upon request.
