If you are interested in applying for this fellowship, please contact Assoc Head for Grad Programs Lance Cooper (slcooper@illinois.edu). Because your thesis advisor will need to support this nomination with a letter, if you're interested in applying, you should consult with your advisor before pursuing a nomination for this fellowship. Nominations must be submitted by the department, so all materials for the nomination must be sent to the Physics Grad Programs Office by February 18, 2012.
