Reminder: August Graduation Deadlines

Students planning to deposit theses or dissertations for August 2013 graduation are reminded of the following deadlines:

June 28:  Last day to take the final exam for an August doctoral degree

July 12:  Last day to complete deposit of August doctoral dissertations

July 5:  Last day for students to add themselves (or for departments to add students who are unable to add themselves) to the August degree conferral list.

Students who plan on having all degree requirements completed and will graduate in August 2013 should add themselves to the August degree conferral list via UI Integrate Self-Service. After logging in, click the "Graduation" tab, and then "Apply to Graduate".  Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the application process. Please contact your department with any questions or if you have problems adding yourself to the list via Self-Service.
