Dental and Vision Insurance for Grad Students

Graduate students holding waiver-generating appointments are provided dental and vision insurance by the University at no additional cost. This insurance is separate from student health insurance. These students will be automatically enrolled in the plan upon the completion of their appointment papers. The coverage period is September 1, 2014 - August 31, 2015.
During the Fall Enrollment Period of September 1 - 30, these students may enroll their dependents in the dental and/or vision plans by paying the annual premium.
Graduate students not holding waiver-generating appointments can purchase dental and vision insurance for themselves and their dependents during the Fall Enrollment Period of September 1 - 30 by paying the annual premium.

Dental/vision insurance information will be sent to the Residence Hall address or Mailing Address listed in Student Self-Service. Please be sure to update these addresses, including zip codes.
