Dr. Sattiraju has a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Auburn University. He joined Intel Corporation in 2002 as a Senior Process Engineer and was responsible for development and transfer of thin films process and toolset to high volume manufacturing (HVM) in the 90nm and 65nm technology nodes. He has been an Engineering TD manager since 2006 and worked on different semiconductor toolsets that include thin films deposition using PVD, PE-CVD and electroplating techniques and reactive etch of metals and dielectrics. He has since been responsible for process development and technology transfer in 32nm, 22nm, 14nm and 10nm technology nodes.
