Woodrow Wilson STEM Teaching Fellowships in Indiana
1/14/2015
Woodrow Wilson Indiana Teaching Fellowships help recruit and prepare current seniors, recent grads, and alumni to teach in the STEM fields in high-need urban and rural secondary schools. Fellows get a $30,000 stipend to complete a master's degree program, including a full school year of experience in local classrooms. In turn, they commit to teach for three years in Indiana schools, with continued mentoring and support from both their universities and their schools.
In Indiana, Fellowships for 2015 are available at Ball State University, Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, Purdue University, University of Indianapolis, and Valparaiso University. These campus partners and their local school districts will join forces to give Fellows a year of clinical experience, along with rigorous master’s-level coursework.
If you think you would be a good fit, apply now for a Woodrow Wilson Teaching Fellowship. Applications for 2015 close on January 31, 2015. You can learn more at woodrow.org, or write directly to Lindsay Smith, one of our WW recruiters, at lsmith@woodrow.org.
