Northrop Grumman Future Technical Leaders Program and Recruiting Visit

Northrop Grumman runs a Future Technical Leaders (FTL) Program - a professional development opportunity aimed at identifying and investing in Northrop Grumman’s next generation of technologists, engineers, architects and leaders. 

The Northrop-Grumman FTL Program is seeking talented MS and PhD 2015-2016 graduates interested in learning more about their three year rotational program working side-by-side with senior technical management.

To be eligible for the FTL Program, you must be at the top of your class in a Master’s or Doctoral program in the following majors:  Analytics; Information Systems/Information Technology; Mathematics; Cyber Security & Information Assurance; Physics; Aerospace Engineering (systems); Health/Bio IS/IT; Systems Engineering (technical); Computer Science; Operations Research; Computer Engineering; Bio Informatics/Neuroscience; Electrical Engineering; Electrical & Computer Engineering

Also, due to the classified nature of the work, to be eligible for the FTL program, you must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a security clearance.
