Xueda Wen Awarded KITP Fellowship for Fall 2016!

Illinois Physics graduate student Xueda Wen, a sixth-year graduate student in the research group of Prof. Shinsei Ryu, has been awarded a KITP Graduate Fellowship to continue his research at the Kavli Institute for Theoretical Physics in Fall 2016.  Xueda will continue his theoretical studies of topological phases of matter under the direction of Cenke Xu at KITP.

Xueda follows previous KITP graduate fellowship recipients Yizhi You, from Eduardo Fradkin's group, and Onkar Parrikar, a graduate student in Prof. Rob Leigh's group.
