Registration for the Inaugural December 10 Doctoral Hooding Ceremony Now Open

Registration for the inaugural December Doctoral Hooding Ceremony is now open. The ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, December 10, at 10:30 a.m. in Foellinger Great Hall at the Krannert Center. The ceremony offers doctoral degree recipients who graduate in August and December, along with faculty mentors, an opportunity to celebrate their achievement closer to the time of degree completion. The focus of the ceremony is the formal “hooding” of doctoral degree recipients, often by faculty advisers. The Chancellor, Provost and a dean from each college and school will participate in the ceremony to congratulate students on their achievements.
