Preetha Sarkar and Astha Sethi Selected as 2019 Mavis Future Faculty Fellows

Illinois Physics PhD students Preetha Sarkar and Astha Sethi have been selected as Mavis Future Faculty Fellows for the 2019-2020 academic year. This program is designed to help doctoral students in the College of Engineering become the next generation of great engineering faculty. Preetha is a PhD student in Nadya Mason's group and Astha is a PhD student in Lance Cooper's group.

Preetha and Astha join Illinois Physics graduate students Katie Ansell, Jahan Claes, Gloria Lee, Rachael Mansbach, Yulia Maximenko, Karmela Padavic, Mindy Rak, Rezvan Shahoei, and Michelle Victora as recent/current Mavis Future Faculty Fellows.
