Madhavan Lab Has Immediate Research Openings For Graduate Students

The Madhavan lab has immediate openings for two graduate students. Our group’s focus is on discovering and investigating new phases of matter which lie at the intersection of topology, strong correlations, and superconductivity. We work in the general areas of quantum materials and light matter interactions. Our group seeks to answer fundamental questions using molecular beam epitaxy and low temperature scanning tunneling microscopy, a powerful combination to realize designer materials and measure their properties at sub-atomic length scales.
Some recent papers from our group can be found below. You can also visit the group website at http://madhavanlab.org/ for more information.
Interested students should contact Prof. Madhavan at vm1@illinois.edu with a CV.
