Mathematica Workshop for U of I the Week of June 21st

A Wolfram / Mathematica Workshop for UIUC is scheduled for the week of June 21st, and will meet daily (Monday - Friday) from 3:00 - 5:00 pm Central. There will also be an optional set-up and orientation session on Friday, June 18th from 3:00 - 5:00 pm Central to make sure everyone has Mathematica and Mathematica Online set up for the sessions.

This workshop is designed to accomplish 3 things:

• Bring attendees from a basic level of understanding of Mathematica and the Wolfram Language to an intermediate/advanced level
• Prepare attendees for the free Wolfram Technology Certification exam
• Showcase functionality of a widely available technology to members of the campus

The workshop is completely free for the UIUC community, and contains 10 hours of content, split into five 2-hour sessions. The main audience would be graduate students and junior faculty, but would also be suitable for established professors looking for a refresher on Mathematica as well as undergraduate students in upper division courses who want a jump start on tools for future research.
