Illinois Physics PhD Student Shraddha Agrawal Earns 4th Place in Gravity Research Foundation Essay Competition!

Fourth-year Illinois Physics graduate student Shraddha Agrawal -- a PhD student in Prof. Bryce Gadway's group -- won 4th place in the annual Gravity Research Foundation essay competition. Shraddha's essay on "Large Momentum Transfer Optics: A Means to Probe the Interplay between Gravity and Quantum Mechanics" will be published in an October 2022 Special Issue of the International Journal of Modern Physics D (IJMPD) and Shraddha will receive a $500 monetary award for her essay!
