Northrop Grumman Future Technical Leaders Recruiting Information Session

My name is Brad DeBlauw, I’m a UIUC Alumni (BS, MS, PhD - Aerospace Engineering) and an engineering manager at Northrop Grumman. We are currently recruiting for our Future Technical Leaders (FTL) Program - a strategic, three-year, professional development program aimed at identifying and investing in our next generation of visionary leaders in business, engineering, management, research, strategy, systems architecture, systems engineering, technology, and other critical areas.

The program recruits top Doctoral and Master’s graduates (including Post-Docs) from a select list of top Universities across the country. We will be holding a virtual information session on the Company and the FTL program for UIUC students next week – 9/6 at 7 pm. More information is available in the attached document.
