The Gies Business Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is excited to launch our Seen, Heard, Valued, Speakers Series! The phrase “Seen. Heard. Valued.” is more than just a saying; it’s a bold declaration of the College’s Beliefs and Commitments in action. This inaugural speaker’s series is designed to promote a deepened understanding of more complex topics related to DEI within business education and the larger industry. Global industry and thought leaders will join the Gies community to share their expertise and engage participants in educational discourse.Please join us for our first session, “To Inclusion & Beyond: Unlocking the Power of Inclusive Organizational Change” by Dr. Cecilia “CC” Suarez, Senior DEIB Manager of Pixar Studios. This session will occur on Wednesday, October 30 at 4:30 pm in the Deloitte Auditorium (Business Instructional Facility). Our event is open to all students (not just Gies students), faculty, and staff so please feel free to share widely within your units and beyond.
